In the region of Delvine, 7 km from Saranda, a region with tradition of grape processing and wine production, two centuries ago a group of Israeli farmers founded the village of Isak. Isak Farm represents today the continuity of the tradition of wine production and olive oil.
With an area of 17 ha vineyards and 1500 olive trees, with 300 days a year, the Isak farm continues the tradition of grape and olive processing, producing not only quality wines but also high quality olive oil.
Olives are mainly native Kalinjot and Nishiot trees, olive harvesting and oil production has turned into a working season and joy for the village residents.
Package is offered in October -November, it includes Saranda -Isak trip, farm visit, participation in harvest of olives, degustation of olives oil, lunch with traditional cuisine. The guide lasts 4 hours and costs 40 euro x person.
